Susie, In addition to checking for the possibility that the split button is pressed, you might also check to see if you put Word into the full screen reading mode. When in the Word document use Alt+CTRL+P to put the document into print view to see if that resolves the problem. Take care. Hello Susie, Have you checked in Word under the view tab to make sure the option for split screen is not checked? Under the view tab the zoom should be at 100 percent, one page should be used, and if you go further on the lower part of the ribbon under the view tab there is a choice for splitting the window so that different parts of the document can be viewed at the same time. If that is checked then the result will be a split window. If it is checked simply click it or press enter key after tabbing to it to remove the check. Take care. Deleting the M3U file which my guess was the data file didn't work. On the other hand deleting the INI file and then opening it back up running through the setup process fixed the beast. With a wav file open I can no longer change the zoomlevels with the shift key or any other method. Shift 1 states level 0, the same with 2 3. If I go into the tool bar when I go down the list it gives me some choices except for one second it states not available. Susie, You just need to return the Zoom level to 100%. From memory, the shortcut in word 2003 is alt + v z, then tab around to find 100%. As far as I know, this will also work in 2007 / 2010. I bumped or did something and now my laptop doesn't advance to the next song when I choose to play an entire directory. It just plays one and stops. Before I get into I don't know how much work trying to find out how to fix it seems like a good idea to ask on here.
