It is fine if you have a problem with FS, this is not the place for it to be
discussed. I have already received quite a bit of hate mail from the person
who started this out today. 

In the past month I have received a number of complaints and believe it or

 while in the deleted folder,
press alt+v=view,
now tab until you hear arrange by,
you can press either the spacebar or enter key, now you can use your tab key 
and find the setting you wish to change.

In Outlook 2010 when in the list of messages in a folder, open View on the 
ribbon and then navigate to Arrange by.  The choices are arranged in a grid 
type of layout.

I have a question about muting JAWS.  Whenever a sighted member of my house
wants to use my computer, I use Insert+F4, Enter to unload JAWS.  This
allows the sighted mouse user to use the computer without frustration due to
Forms mode.  When JAWS is muted, what type of experience does the sighted
user have?  Is the result of muting like having JAWS active but with the
volume turned down, or is it like JAWS is not running at all?

I hope I have explained my question clearly.

Hi Annette,

From what I've been told from a sighted person, Jaws is still running with 
no sound.  So, Jaws is still there with the sound turned down to nothing.
