+ same thing happened to me a while ago. I told this before. They called me one day and said I had to buy this package from them because my computer was going to crash any time. I told them I had four computers in this house and that I didn't have the authority to do that. They called three or four more times and then stopped. I think it was a big scam to get information. They said I could buy a package for each computer and fix them all. After about five days they stopped calling me. Hi all, I just called Microsoft help line for people with disabilities at 1 800 936 5900 The event viewer shows error all over your computer. I asked if they could have penetrated my computer and he said no. Most likely they were looking for me to buy their software to fix all my fatal and minimum problems on my PC. I did google it and it states a scam. I am surprised that they would target me because I am using XP. I don't think they will call again. Thanks for all your responses. If they call again, I'll ask for her phone number and I will call her back. Click most likely will be the answer. I did run MSE and Malware Bytes and no problems. Have a great day. [JAWS-Users] Jaws accessible EDI system
Hello list, I dont know if anyone heres had any experience with EDI, but if so, I would appreciate any suggestions on anything that may be Jaws accessible. Its mainly for the Amazon and eBay platforms, but independent website as well. It would be making use of the standard 810, 850 forms and so on. Cloud based, month to month or outright software purchase. This would be for a trading partner relationship with drop shipping and blind invoicing from a third party warehouse. Re: [JAWS-Users] Microsoft Outlook 2010 And RSS Feeds
Hello Steven, Here are three things you can try: 1. There are two checkboxes in the advance options to uncheck. One is ?? Synchronize RSS Feeds To The Common Feed List (CFL) In Windows and the other one is Any RSS Feed Item That Is Updated Appears As New. Use Alt+F followed by Alt+T to get into the options and then A for advance. Tab across the page to find those checkboxes. Uncheck them if necessary. 2. Go into the Info tab in Outlook. Choose account settings and then account settings again. Use CTRL+Tab key until you reach the RSS page tab. You should find a list of RSS feeds. When you select one you should have a Remove button to use to remove it. 3. Go into options using Alt+F followed by Alt+T. In the list of categories press the end key to move down to the bottom of the list. Tab across to the trust center settings button and use spacebar. Find the Automatic download choice in the list of categories. There should be a permit downloads in RSS items checkbox. Uncheck that checkbox if it is checked. Take care. Re: [JAWS-Users] MSE in Windows Update
Yes it is. Sometimes there will even be optional updates for it. I check at least 2 times a week. And run it along with malicious software removal tool. The new release of that one comes out every second Tuesday. Like exchanging and discussing media? Music, movies, e-books, and even software. Re: [JAWS-Users] wireless internet
Try a insert + f11 and see if it says wireless connections are available. Hit enter on that and open network and sharing center. Then look for manage wireless connections. You will need the SSID of your router, it will show in the list. Hit enter on it and then put in the wep key, and hit enter on that. Now it should connect. Don't matter type of computer just the op, because its the same for xp and up just worded different.
