This happens to me sometimes. Try closing Outlook and reopen it and if
that doesn't help try a reboot. This generally fixes the problem for
me.

If you want to add only some of the cells within a specified range, then 
separate the cell names by a comma.  Use the same structure as you would 
use for any addition formula but with items separated by a comma
