Eric Damery took part in an FS podcast (FSCast) with Jonathan Mosen several months ago, wherein he spoke of and recommended a partiuclar tablet that was favoured for use with JAWS. Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS compatible scanning software
Not sure I sent the last e-mail to everyone. Here it is again. There is one out there that is a good scan and read. But, you can not save documents, within it. However, you can select information, copy it to a clipboard, and paste it into a word document. I think there is another save option, too. It allows you to scan and read printed text - such as snail mail. Not fancy, but allows you to read your mail. It is called Text Cloner Pro. It is $100, instead of $1000. Go to: Readingmadeeasy.com Or do a google search for it. Anyone else out there using it? Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS compatible scanning software; Something other than Open Book
Re: [JAWS-Users] Quicken or quickbooks?
I have never liked Quicken and for the most part it is very cranky with JAWS. With that said QuickBooks 14 may not be much better. However, I am using QuickBooks 15 with JAWS 16 and the My Blind Spot scripts and it works very nicely.
