Merry Christmas to all, and to all on the Jaws users list.
Not a keyboard a clicking, not even a flick of the wrist.
All computers are silent, put on stand by while they rest.

Not even a monitor flicker, or a Jaws verbal request.
All is at peace, while man and machine rest.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all on the Jaws users list.
Not even the click of a mouse, or the flip of a switch.
All is calm, peaceful, and full of bliss.
Merry Christmas to all, and to all on the Jaws users list.

Hahaha!
I'll be darned, I just tapped the 2 on the number row and by golly it
worked.

I'm ashamed to admit I only associated the numpad 2 with say all, but now I
can use this when the down arrow key gets funky like earlier this evening.

I got it to work by yelling att it and asking what is wrong with you while
pressing on it forcefully.
Thank you, great suggestion!

What about the 2 key on the keypad? I have a control key that sticks, I turn
the keyboard over and tap it on the back and then spray a lubricant called
Super Lube down the sides of the key. This particular Super Lube has a
powder lubricant in a liquid base that quickly dries leaving the dry
lubricant behind . Works well. Tom

Re: [JAWS-Users] down arrow key

2015-12-25 Thread Kimsan
Sorry, bro. My homeboy put way to much whisky in the eggnog.

When I just reread what I wrote, I definitely saw where I messed up.
Truthfully, I meant to write 2 on the numpad, and not number row. The
numpad 2 is what I used via a suggestion from the other dude who responded,
but the original pain in the chimney was the down arrow key.

I'm using a laptop with a full size keyboard. The down arrow key is still
kind of being stubborn, as here and there I must forcefully tap it to get it
to work, which is a sign, I am on the darn computer way to much! Hahaha haha
haha.
As far as Christmas goes, please send me that recipe for fat free cheese
cake to leave out for santa next year. I will spike his eggnog too!
I've been waiting two years for the recipe, but I assume I would've gotten
it by now, if I would've actually asked you for it, haha haha haha.
Take care.
Love you bro!

What outlook does, is remember the ones you have emailed the most. So if you
want the ones from your work email to populate, you will have to email them.
To choose a contact manually, compose a new message, then hit control plus k to
go into your address book. you will have to manually switch to the one you
want, but this should get you started.

Ok, I understand all that; however, my work apparently has hundreds of
people for example, I can type in ja for jaws-users list email address but
everyone on my work addressbook that begins with ja will show up and the

Also, as far as replying to people, 99% of these addresses that come up, I
have never even emailed them but they show up anyways.
