[JAWS-Users] Accessible rich edit control in VBA and Excel 2013
Hi, I'm using JAWS with Excel 2013 and VBA. I want to be able to display text in a rich text edit control on a user form in Excel 2013. At the moment, I have to copy text into wordpad to get it to format correctly. If I paste it into notepad, any line breaks are ignored. Once I've made any changes, I copy the text back into my spreadsheet. The standard text box control in Excel also messes up the line breaks when saving text back into my spreadsheet and it's not very accessible with JAWS. Can you suggest an accessible rich edit control I could use and how I can add it to my VBA project? The notes field used for the contacts form in Outlook is accessible but I don't know how to add that.
