Your best bet is just to use insert plus one to go into keyboard help. Then, 
press insert plus space followed by another letter. Jaws will report with that 
letter will do.

The website works very well. Are usually use the iPhone app to actually read 
books though. You can also import into iTunes, although I haven't done that in 
quite some time. How are you trying to access the content?
