[JAWS-Users] toshiba laptop
Hello all, I'm using windows 10 on my laptop, I know that it has a sensor if you go near the power switch, it mutes the sounds on my laptop. Does any one know how to turn off this feature? How does one get rid of the ribbons? I think they have made things harder to accomplish by introducing this new method of using ribbons. I use jaws and I remember something while installing the update it asked if you want ribbons on or off. Wasn't sure what that means. Thanks! I'm not sure if I changed the short cut some how? I can use control enter to send messages for now. The reason I suggest your queries seem contradictory is that you won't know which graphics to label if JAWS doesn't announce them. It's very strange. I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. I've checked that all the settings are as I have them setup with skype on my vista machine.
