I could be mistaken, but I believe he was referring to OpenBook & Kurzweil 1000, both of which are outrageously expensive, though I've worked with Open Book & really like it. There were some problems when he was running 8.0 with Vista, but it seems we are having quite a few more focus issues with 9.0. Thanks for the tip on Anytime Kerryann. I would have to buy a different version of Office 2007 because the version I have is the student edition & doesn't have MS Outlook. I also have an old version of Anytime, but perhaps it won't cost much to upgrade, will have to check it out. Unless it is a Jaws 8 issue, I haven't been able to use contacts at all. I open it up & it simply doesn't talk & when I go to close the program, it takes it a while to respond & close. We are waiting on a good Jaws 9 CD to arrive. Hi Lisa, It is saying that because it is set to collapse the messages that there are more than one of, with the same subject line. I have been meaning to ask someone how to get my Windows Mail to do that on a new computer with Vista. So if anyone can help Lisa figure out how to make her OE stop saying collapse & not collapse her messages of the same subject, can you please tell me how to set my email up to expand & collapse messages? Now how come I feel like I just said a bunch of nonsense.
