Subject: [JAWS-Users] question on MLB listening online

There is an option to purchase yearly the ability to listen to the games
using the MLB website. I have a couple of questions before I do this.

1? Is the player MLB uses accessible with JAWS. I have JAWS 11 and 12 both
on my computer.

2. It gives me the choice to have home, away or alternate games. If anyone
is using this, does that mean that I can only listen to whichever I have
chosen from these options or can I opt to hear any game I want, and if I
can

opt, does JAWS make selecting easy when the game is actually playing?

3. Have people found the website accessible as far as getting online help?

Thank you.

Vicki

This is correct, but we're not talking about ctrl+shift+r.
We're talking about JAWS+Shift+r which in fact is reply directly to sender.
Not the same as ctrl+r which is reply and ctrl+shift+r which is reply to
all.

Hi, everyone. I'm having a problem with the BCC field not showing. I hit
alt V for the view menu and arrowed down to the show all headers and hit
enter on it but got nothing. I even tried alt B but that didn't do
 anything
either. Perhaps there might be something I'm not doing right. Any
 helpful
hints or suggestions to solve this problem would be very much appreciated.

 Many thanks in advance.

If I may be so bold as to enquire...

Why don't people just shut the smart tags off.

All you have to do is open up the options dialog box, control+tab to the
view menu, although you may not have to do that as I usually land on that
tab first, then tab down to where it says smart tags, and uncheck the
 box.

You won't be bothered by those pesky things anymore.

Is there a reason why people aren't doing this if it bothers them so
 much?

 Victor

 Hello everyone,

I currently have Nortan Anti Virus installed on my Vista laptop, but as
 has
already been discussed here it is not accessible with JAWS. Our Nortan
subscription is up for renewal soon, so I thought I'd look into other
 compirable programs.

I was wondering...Are there any good antivirus programs (not necessairally
free ones) that are accessible with JAWS? I'd rather have accessabillity
and not need sighted help every time the Nortan window comes up.

 Thanks for any suggestions,
 Michael

In case your computer does not have an icon for the volume control in the
system tray, then there is another way to get to it. From the desktop, tab
once then hit enter to open the start menu. press enter on Programs. open
accessories, then entertainment then under entertainment, there is an icon
for volume. Press enter on this. It will put you on the page where the
 various volume settings are located.

 Hope this helps.

 Tom

ok this is where it is.
When you are on the desktop, tab over four times. This will take u to
the notification area. You now simply arow around until you locate the
 volume control.
 Hope this helps.
