[JAWS-Users] A Jaws Friendly Search Engine

2011-07-09 Thread Alan Dicey

Dear Patti,
This is indeed, a very JAWS friendly Search engine!
I really like it!

I have heard of it before, but never had the URL, now a icon for it resides
on my Desk Top!

Thanks so much!

On this issue, I would agree with Alan. The Accessible Search does work
very well with JAWS of any version you may have. Thank you.

I can't locate any setting in Outlook 2007 that controls code for
in-coming
messages, only out-going. Also, I tried adding one of the weird codes to
the

dictionary once again, and it did not work- again.

I'm using outlook Express, but it'd be in a similar (view) menu or
Ribbon.
Look in there. it has to do with Windows encoding. there may be an
Encoding
submenu, which lists all the windows encoding types. the one I have
checked
is Western European iso, and I never have the problem (although I've
heard
of it in the past from people who had. that's the way towards the
solution.

If not in the view menu, then look in others.
the view ribbon?)

I get that in Outlook 2007 also and also on the internet. Hope someone

dictionary, but was really not able to silence all instances of this
garbage. I have wondered if it is problem with the html code or with
JAWS- anyone know?

2011-07-11 Thread Alan Dicey

Dear Kimsan and Friends,
Well, I must agree with you, the scroogle Search Engine is Okay, better than
the regular Google Search engine,  JAWS friendly and all, but I think;

Google accessible is better.

Nice to have icons for both on my Desk top however!
