To add a new address, do this: .Go to tools, then accounts... .Choose the mail tab and look for an add button; tap it. .Choose mail. .When the internet connection wizard appears, type your from name; this is what everyone else will see in their from field. .Press next and type your email address. .Press next and type in your pop and smtp server info; you should already have this info with you. .Press next and type in your account name and password. .Press next, and then press finish. Done! Well, maybe not... Just in case you may, or may not, be aware, some I S P's have stringent requirements for email accounts, I E, using certain ports or whether ssl (secure socket layer) is required. Also, you may have to tell O E that your mail server requires additional authentication. All this can be changed after the fact in tools, accounts, mail tab, highlight the account, press properties. This massive multi_tab dialog is the be-all and end-all for all of your account settings. Study them carefully, and, if you have to, call your I S P and ask if any special changes need to be made. Once done, O E's little brain won't forget, lol... If you're referring to the addressbook, simply press Control Shift B, and enter the information, tabbing from field to field. Ken, go to address book and to the list of addresses. Then go to new contact on your file menu and enter.
