Once the message is open, hold down the alt key and press the number 1 on the number row and press it twice quickly. Now press the left arrow key until you hear from colon. Press applications key or shift f 10 and arrow to add to outlook contacts and press enter. I don't use outlook 2007 but WLM so since no one has answered this as of yet. . . I go to the list of messages and leave it closed Then I tap the application key and up arrow to add contactand enter The other way to do it in WLM is control shift c for contact which used to be control shift b for address book in Outlook express. All I can say is give these a ttry and see if it leads you correctly or will trigger your thoughts to discover it yourself.
