Hi, I have magic jack. I ultimately needed someone with vision to finish filling out the form. I could only get so far with it. I have jaws 12 but also switched to jaws 10 and 11 to try to do it on my own. I couldn't. Now, when you are filling out the form listen for the section that lets you choose to use a phone or the computer. I made this mistake and I had to go back and switch it. The problem I have now is that I can only use certain numbers to call so there must be a field for me to go back to in order to make all calls. I don't know what it is yet but I can only call a handful of numbers - but oddly enough not my own town or surrounding towns. This must be a buttton or box to check while registering. So watch for this. As far as the connection I find it is excellent. Oh guess what! My hubby has that problem with his, not our local towns! Used to, all the buttons were accessible, but they changed after we had to revamp his computer.
