[JAWS-Users] Can someone help please?
Hello there. I am wondering how I can delete this file or a part file that someone tried to skype me but failed. It doesn't want to leave me.It isd no use because A it won't extract, and B, it is only part of a movie file. It keeps sayingI can't delete the file because another program is using it, but there isn't any other program going. only outlook express and my documents, and I tried to close them and then delete the file, but to no avail. Your helpwould be appreciated.Sorry I've spent hours trying to figure out why it won't delete. The stupid thing.kk. If practise makes perfect, and nobody is perfect, why practice! have you tried restarting your pc and then deleting it? or, try closing skype since it was running when you tried getting the file. both of these may work. hth.
