[JAWS-Users] Changing case in MS Word 2007
Hi Folks, Do any of you know of a command in MS Word 2007, where you can select the text to be changed and then what command will flip it from all small to all caps? Thanks very much for any help! Vicky For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

Press Control A to select everything, then press Alt, H, and tab to Change case. Press Spacebar on Change Case, tab to Upper Case, and press Spacebar or Enter. That should change everything to upper case. To change it all to lower case, do the same thing, only press the button for lower case. Hope this helps. Re: [JAWS-Users] Changing case in MS Word 2007
Hi Victoria; You can also try the following. This works in Word 2002 2003. When in a Word document if you press shift + F3 you can change all selected text from lower case to upper case letters using this toggle keystroke and pressing enter on your selection. Hope this helps. Take care. Re: [JAWS-Users] Changing case in MS Word 2007
In Word 2007, Shift plus F3 toggles the selected text between first letter of the word upper case, all upper case, and all lower case. The enter key is no longer necessary. I didn't know about this command, either, so thank you very much for sharing it with us! It sure is simpler than going through the menus to do the same thing.
