InterVideo's WinDVD and PowerDVD are good. I've not tried PowerDVD
personally though, but from what I've heard it's usable. Alternatively, DVD
Audio Extractor allows you to play DVD's, but doubt you can fast
forward/rewind as it's not a fully fledged DVD player like the other two.
