Shortcuts In OnePlace

Hi All,

Here is something I received from another list that a lot of people on
this

list might find useful.

   Dan's Tech Tips:
Get 247 Microsoft Word Keyboard Shortcuts In One Place By Lifehacker Grab
this 11 page cheatsheet with 247 keyboard shortcuts used in Microsoft
Word.
Who knew there were so many keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft Word? I
didn't.

Lifehacker has put together a list of keyboard shortcuts that can be found
in Microsoft Word and has them available for download as a PDF version or
a

Word version.
Here are the directions for downloading the 11 page document after you
have

accessed the link provided at the end of this document.
For Mouse Users:
1. Mouse users:
A. Move down the page and choose pdf or word format.
B. If you choose the word format, you are sent to another page where the
download link is located. Click on the "Download (23 KB)" link. Then
follow the normal download prompts.
C. If the choice was pdf format, you are sent to another page with the
download link. Click on the "download pdf file" and follow the usual
download prompts.
2. For screenreader users:
I am including directions on how to download the word format since usually
pdf format is not the choice for screen reader users.
A. Press the letter h once.
B. Press the letter u twice to reach the unvisited link of "Word version"
and press enter.
C. Press control plus home once.
D. Press the letter b once.
E. Arrow down three times to "Download (23 KB)" and press enter.
