Our e-mail host used Postini until recently, when it was bought by
Google. Postini is completely accessible and traps viruses and spam
mail. Since Google bought it, you might guess that they will dismantle
it for parts or put it on gmail or something in between. The current
spam filter our web site host has for us is Red ?Condor (which I
lovingly call Red Monster) distributed by Excel Micro. Frankly, it's
superior to Postini in that I get a daily log of spam quarantined the
prior day separated into green (mass mail), yellow (suspicious mail) and
red (clearly spam and dangerous mail). But...the dashboard is hardly
accessible at all. The program uses unlabeled graphics and arrows
pushed by a mouse to navigate.
I never had much success with email client junk filters.
check out Postini...it may be available to a single user.

Hi, The subject is what I'm looking for. I can't begin to
tell you how much spam I get every day. I tried bringing the user
account control up to 100, but that only interfered with what I was
doing even more. Thanks.
