[JAWS-Users] Encrypt outgoing messages?

2011-01-08 Thread rich
Hi all;
  I have XP home and 12.0.
In Outlook Express, in the security settings, what is the purpose of encrypting
outgoing attachments?
Should this be checked or unchecked?

Thanks.

If you need to digitally sign documents and messages to show that you
are the authentic author. For our purposes anyway, you wouldn't need to
do that, so you would leave that box unchecked. When checked, it creates
extra garbage characters for the ordinary recipient.
