I'd also like it because I'd like to email them direct about the drag and drop issue. If the method used is unpredictable and nothing has been done about it, I'd like to get FS'S reasons why. As someone else on the list very rightly pointed out, not every task can be achieved by cutting and pasting. I have not been able to move my shortcuts around on the desktop by cutting and pasting, and I know there are a couple of other instances where dragging and dropping was the only way around and I didn't have the knowledge at the time to do it myself.
