Under Utilities in JAWS find "re-initialize authorization". This should force 
JAWS to find the single license information.

Does anyone know how I can force JAWS to use the single-user serial number
on a laptop instead of the network serial number that we have?  JAWS goes
into 40-minute mode when one of my users is off of our network.  Even though
he has a single-user license installed on his machine.
