Sounds like you've turned on the announcement of spelling and grammatical 
errors. You can change this from within the Adjust JAWS Verbosity dialogue 
box, accessed with Insert V. Hope that helps.

 While reading in  word,almost every line I hear something like one era or 
 maybe two eras.
 This happens only while I'm reading the document.

 Sounds like in verbosity JAWS is set to count errors in
 something--grammar and spelling, perhaps.  With jawskey-v tgo to
 verbosity, then to spelling and grammar, and space bar to see all the
 choices.  My guess is that it's set to 'on plus count'.
