What browser are you using? Use Firefox, and you should see those buttons. Also, you need to be at the right level in the process, to see those buttons. You need to go into the area of the group page where the Join Requests are; and then (I think) click or press ENTER on the person. I use it every day, but it’s not with jaws. Try hitting x for check box, and see if there is a check box to select, if there is, then check it, then go back up to the approve members button, that box needs to be checked in order for the aprove button not to be dimmed. Well, GG is not the most accessible interface in the world. If you have to live with it, then use a supported browser like Firefox. If you can put your group elsewhere, consider some other place.
