Yep, Mike. I'm basically doing it the same way you are. The interesting thing about this is that in most forwarded emails it works, but there are some where it just won't delete these darned addresses!
A student of mine brought it to my attention and I told her I'd never had the problem. However, I did have the problem this past weekend and when I went to work with another student he also had the same situation on a couple of emails. It's a mystery, puzzling! I don't know if it has to do with what email program they use or could it be that they're using Vista? This is why I'm wondering if anyone else has experiencing this. If you are doing these same steps also there shouldn't be a problem and if there is a problem I don't have a clue as to what it might be. I am sorry if I wasn't able to help but I'm sure someone will come up with a cure to your problem. Take care. When I select them JAWS says "selected", but when I press delete nothing happens. This happens on boty my computers--one using JAWS 8 and the other JAWS 9. Is there a solution other than copying and pasting the message into a new email?
