I must agree with Rose, here. I have had no trouble with Jaws 14 and Office 2010. However, each of us may use the software in a different manner. The latest update seems to have corrected some of the more challenging elements. Computer problems are a complex element, made of two parts computer system issues, two parts user misunderstanding and one part a mystery which is rarely solved without tedium, blood, sweat and amazing luck.
