I'm running Windows 10 anniversary Edition, 64 bit, and have not experienced
problems interacting with the UAC. Perhaps I have mine set to the percentage

I was going to ask what version of Windows you are running, but see that it
is 10.
This must be a Windows 10 thing, I'm running 32 bit Windows 7 Home Premium
and JAWS 18 and have no problems hearing what is in the UAC dialogs.
