I get this on Live Journal quite a bit. I have most scripting and flash turned off, and I know that LJ uses both of those to uh "enhance" the experience for those who can see all the pretty graphics. I can still read what I want to with no difficulties, so whatever it means seems to have more with the display of a web page and not so much with the content itself.
