[JAWS-Users] Is there a way to change how words are spoken when it comes to buttons in webmail?

Hi list members is there a way to change how words are spoken?  In the case of 
web mail when it comes to the address book, there is a button that says update 
white,  is there a way to change it to when you are on that button that you 
should hear update white list?  Thank you for any information that you might 
have.
