What I forgot is that individual application settings override the default 
applications settings in the Settings Center.  Take care.

Why would you do that, when simply turning off, use sounds, will return the 
familiar message?

If you record the message. then rename it to one known like the pop.
It should speak it. You can have one for both sense they are high and
