Hi The first thing I would look at is the window for those folders maximized? If not try maximizing it. Next when you're on a message in the message list of the folders that don't read the subject. try routing the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor and see if you can read the subject. I've seen some instances where a message will take 2 lines in the message list. If the subject isn't there, go to the View tab of the ribbon, select current view and then select view settings. Find the columns button and press enter. Tab until you get to the list box Show these columns in this order. Arrow up and down to look for subject. I was using JAWS 12. I did go back and chect 13 though and it doesn't do as bad as 14 does, but it still refused to read the subject line in some cases.
