Computer manufacturer and model may be relevant in this case, because it
could allow to find a possible patern regarding graphic ccards. For the
same reason, in case the computer is not an OEM (branded) one, it will be
helpful to include the graphics card model in your report.

Please report this to FS include   the following.  1 Operating  system
including version example like this.  Windows 10 version 11.03 I'm making
that number up for example purposes only.  2 model of computer.  I don't
know that matters so much as Operating system and version number this will
better help track the bug if it is a bug.
