Yes I did, but still no luck. I tend to get my m-Power to look for my
laptop, perhaps I shouldn't have done that, but rather get the computer to
look for the m-Power, or BrailleNote, as it's called.

Has anyone successfully used the BrailleNote as a Braille display using
JAWS
8? I can't seem to get it to work, no matter what I do. I wish to use it
as
a bluetooth Braille display. I've done everything right (set JAWS to the
correct com port, added BrailleNote to the list of displays, etc), and
nothing's happening. I get a blank display, and, providing I check the
show
braille load error check box, JAWS displays could not load Braille
driver. I know that I've set it up correctly, as I can connect to
ActiveSync via bluetooth no problem. FYI, I'm using Windows XP and I have
a
USB bluetooth dongle, using the drivers that comes with Windows XP Sp2.
