Unfortunately you cant move as fast as with tagged documents in adobe pdf by
headings, links, lists and etc, but it may be a good choice for you.

Another commercial is QRead. It is very good with navigation.

I find it very good with navigation in well tagged books.
Both readers have portable versions and are not capable of reading DRM 
files.
