So far I cannot duplicate this, however I will try this when I next use
JAWS 12 again.

Using beta 12:
1. Bring up the Jaws Settings with insert-6.
2. Type in keyboard manager and open the keyboard manager.
3. Go to the key labels tab.
4. My list of keys is completely empty. Of course, the mute and change label
buttons are there, but I can't seem to select any keys in the list view.
