Hi Mike, The earliest JAWS version functional in Windows 7 is the latest update of JAWS 10. This version simply worked, but it was not completely adapted at that time, so there are some things like the Shutdown button in Start menu and perhaps the Calculator converter that aren't spoken correctly. The version which finally was completely adapted to Windows 7 besides simply working was JAWS 12.
