Ming, just about any Windows desktop or laptop will work with JAWS. Hope that helps. There is a game called Word Target, released by BG Games. It's made for both blind individuals and low-vision. The game uses the Windows SAPI TTS, and you play it by taking the nine letter word given, and creating as many words as you can using those nine letters, but containing the letter in the center of the grid. It's quite addictive and free.
