The answer has so far not been forth coming, more checking needs to be
performed. My guess at this point is it might be in the security section, at
least that is where I am going to look next.

In JAWS 13, one of the recent updates removed that keystroke and the script
it called. The personalized web settings for an individual page have been
moved into quick settings. You will find them near the bottom of the Quick
Settings tree view. Or you can use the search box to find the setting you
want and then choose the one from PersonalizedWebSettings.

How do I get shift insert V to work?
Using JFW 13 latest, Win7.
I recall there is a shift insert V command to bring up the personalized
settings window for the application I'm on. In case of a web page,
apparently it brings up a personalized web settings window for just that web
page. Note shift insert V and insert V are different.
shift insert V does nothing for me. I tried it with MS Word as well as a web
page in IE9. Insert V brings up window but it seems to be the quick setting
center window for that particular application as opposed to my need for the
settings center window for just that particular web page.
so how do I get shift insert V to work?
