[JAWS-Users] Microsoft chat
Hi there listers. I know this is probably and old program that none of you even use but here is my question. My problem is this. When using ms chat 2.5, after a while of text is on the screen, jaws will read a part of a sentence from other text before getting to the actual text at hand. What I mean is this. Let's say you write something like; Christy says hi and the sentence previous to that says nothing much it will say: nothing much. Christy says hi. Can I get a setting in either ms chat or jaws to not read prior parts of sentences before the current one has been written? Thanks for any help.. I am using jaws 09 I mean 9. wow that takes me back in time... the best Jaws version for that program was 3.7U. Maybe try one of those other chat text sites um I'm trying to remember what they are called it's been few years since I used them, but there was that guy Jim Grimsby or something to that who wrote scripts for the place I'm um referring to but can't think of... I know this for a fact because I had him in my windows messenger back when I use to use it and he wrote scripts for me to use that place, oh gosh I can't remember what it's called now. I know it's not the GMUD but it's kind of like that but no games just chatting and lots of rooms.
