To read the Title bar, press JAWS key-T. To read the Address bar, press
JAWS key-A (this may not work in JAWS 10, a problem I reported to FS during
beta testing). If you are unable to activate a link by pressing Enter, try
pressing Shift-Enter. If your laptop does not have a numeric keypad, you may
have to assign the Caps Lock key or some other key as your JAWS modifier
key.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] New member with a few questions about JAWS 10
Hello list members I just recently installed JFW 10 and I am having
alot of trouble. My first problem is trying to get my title bar. I
read on the list to use f6 but that just tell to set the value. I
have also scanned the web for help including going to freedom
scienticfic and the chart there said to use ins plus A twice. I am
still getting the same responce set the value to 0. Needless to say
I am just a little on the frayed side with this. My other problem
stem from not being able to go into a link from my google email. Here
is an example I read the NY Time and as I read thru I usually can
click on a news subject and it will take me to the full story. Well
that is not the case now since I have installed 10. For the first
couple of days I would do ALT plus enter and that would connect me to
the story. No such luck now. What am I doing wrong. I would like to
add that I am a newly blind person only a couple of years and there is
very little resources and persons with knowledge of JAWS in this
area.. I am learning thru trial and error. I am just glad that I
have found this group I also have tons of other questions but will
leave that till I can conquer this problem Thanks ps I dont know if
