It took 3 calls to FS and finally hitting the jackpot with getting a FS support tech that was willing to dive into the issue and try an hour's worth or more of effort to resolve the issue. We have alerted Freedom (John Carson) and they have not given any fixes to date. Anyone else having similar issues. This has been tried on several PC's now in various locations. We are using Windows 7, JAWS 16 latest build, and MSOffice 2010. Folks, I just updated to December JAWS 16 update. No change with the calendar view. I cannot right or left arrow and get the next or previous day events. Same using JAWS 17. This works with JAWS 12 and Outlook 2010 but not with JAWS 16 or JAWS 17. We have alerted Freedom (John Carson) and they have not given any fixes to date. Anyone else having similar issues.
