I work at AAA Northern New England AAA call center. I have a Jaws specialist of the Portland Area and she, Bonita, is script writing too.
So: A: the new IRAS Program (for Emergency road Service calls) has Jaws 14 and its latest release. Well by tomorrow as that is when going back to the call center. B: The second program I presently use is DLS2,000, in taking calls, this has Jaws 13 and its latest. Along with its own scripts for this program. Now here is what happen, taking a call the first two Jaws was speaking everything twice pressing keys or reading. Third call and wacko four or 6 voices of Jaws came up.. So obviously I could not work. Any ideas to help out Bonita with what is happening? Why the dual and Quad 4 or 6 voices Chatting? Oh yes, Jaws 13 is made sure with the use of the second program mention. For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
