For me this works... hope it does for you Alt, then arrow to layout. Go past page layout, you want layout. Press enter Shift tab twice to data something... Enter Tab twice I think to convert tables to text Enter Tab through to ok and enter You can choose to put tabs between columns or other , I just stick with tabs... Hi Jerry, I use 1, be in the table 2, Alt j,l,v to turn it into text 3, I arrow down to commas 4, Press enter That puts you back on your document Patti Good evening. I am still using MS Word 2007. The key sequence is, Alt-J then l then v. It gives you options on how you want to seperate items from the table after it is gone.
