Hi all, I have JAWS 15.0 and Win 7, and a sound bar for my speakers. A friend was helping copy a music CD to my PC the other day, and had “JAWS” off. When I turned the computer on, the sound quality sounded muffled. Almost the difference in stereo vs mono. Usually my volume is around a number 4 setting, now I have to have it at 14. I searched around control panel and the volume features but could not influence the quality of the sound. I checked the balance and a few other options but nothing made a difference.
