You can go to https://www.youtube.com/html5

Additionally, look at your Internet Settings in IE under Tools, Options, go
to the Advanced tab and look under Multimedia section. Make sure the
"enable codecs in alternative html5 elements" is checked.
Reboot your computer and see if it plays then.

I won't post any further about your video issue on the list, since it
probably isn't really Jaws-related.

Which browser?

I've had issues with IE in the past when an update occurs where it won't
play Youtube videos.
I resolved this the first time by enabling html5.
The second time, I started playing them in Google Chrome; a future update
to
IE resolved that issue.

As for the inability to click on certain buttons, that is sometimes a
function of the browser. For example, for the past year, Amazon has not
worked well when trying to do product reviews in IE. I've had to use
Chrome
instead.

This is with a Windows 7 Ultimate and IE11.

However, it is not an IE issue; but rather, how Jaws renders the page.
How
do I know? Because I can open the same page in IE with a different
screen-reader, and the whole thing works.

Moral of the Story: I always tell my assistive tech clients to be
prepared
to sometimes use an alternate browser or an alternate screen-reader in
some
instances when you can't accomplish some taks on a specific website.

1. My PC just did an update, and whether this has anything to do

get

the following: Alert, error, cannot play, try again later.

Note that I can play other videos, and I can play my purchases on my
