Tammy, Office 365 is accessible on your computer, but the web apps aren't very accessible at all. I am using Office 2013, and it works just fine. I am running Windows 8.1 on my computer, and have had no problems. The Outlook.com web site, like many web based email sites, is not too accessible either.
