Actually there is cleanup and CCleaner. They are to separate programs that pretty much do the same thing my friend. Obviously it is a situation where there is so much up there that my memory can't keep track of it all. The second doesn't have any additional tool bars packaged in with it, but other wise they are the same I believe.
