[JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15
Hi Group, How is JAWS 15 and Win 7 working together? I have not downloaded my new JAWS 15 at this time so was just wondering how or if anyone has any issues with this combination. Ed For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
Re: [JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15
nope. I just did it myself this morning. The menus to setup settings the way you like are pretty straightforward in using. It couldn't get really any easier on the install with the talking installer, if you can hear and tab and spacebar, your in business.. The settings section is a drop down list, all elements are closed, right arrow to open and down arrow in the list. I did something this time I've never done before and I am really liking it, I always in past put jaws in the system's tray, but decided to try it the other way, it's been a very easy transition. Of course, we each have our preferred settings, but it's easy to find, and oh thank you Eric and FS for keeping grandpa in the list, he's just my all time favorite. - Original Message - From: Pinky pink...@abe.midco.net To: JAWS-Users-List 2 JAWS-Users-List@jaws-users.com Sent: Tuesday, January 21, 2014 11:44 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15 Hi Group, How is JAWS 15 and Win 7 working together? Re: [JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15
Hi, I am new to this group. I am hoping to get some help for Jaws issues. I have Windows 7 and Jaws 15. I also have Internet Explorer 11. I am having issues with Internet Explorer 11 causing Jaws to crash sometimes. I am not sure what to do about that. Re: [JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15
Hi ed, I bought a new P C in October with Win 7 and have JAWS 15. I have had no issues with the JAWS component. Switching from XP and converting word files are doable. I am still having trouble with e mail clients. Windows Live, was installed with Microsoft accessible help but I can not a handle on ribbons and the menu bar. I also haveOutlook 2010 which I'm not sure about. Good luck. Re: [JAWS-Users] Win 7 and JAWS 15
Hi Rich, Thanks for the info. I have been using Win 7 for about e months now and don't have any issues with it. I am using Outlook 2010 and I find it fairly easy to use as it is somewhat like using Outlook Express like we use to have in XP. I think Outlook 2010 is a lot easier to use then windows live. I do have my windows live come into my Outlook 2010 and that works great. No, from what I've heard, JAWS 10 doesn't work with Win 7., if you want to use Win 7, it is recommended to have JAWS 11 or grater. - Original Message - From: Patricia pzoell...@tx.rr.com To: Users of Jaws JAWS-Users-List@jaws-users.com Sent: Tuesday, March 09, 2010 2:33 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Win-7 and Jaws Does win 7 also work with jaws 10?
