and jaws called it white smilely face, and when I used the keystroke alt

There are other symbols/images on the numpad. I believe they are symbols 
found on a deck of playing cards i.e. diamond, spades, hearts, etc.

Jim: Regarding the smileyFace, you can use the keystrokes ALT + numpad 1. I 
use this in emails as well as Word 2013.
